Our halibut burger is meat that is scraped from the fish after it is filleted. This boneless, skinless “spoon meat” is highly versatile. We love it for its high fat content and robust flavor. It is perfect for burgers, fish tacos, stir fry, enchiladas, salads, sandwiches, and more. Each package is approximately 1LB of halibut meat with no added ingredients.
