Shipping Policies

Do You Ship? Yes! We offer ground shipping on all of our frozen products throughout the continental United States. All of our products are shipped from Taylor, Texas in insulated boxes packed with dry ice. Most shipments outside of Texas go two or three day via ground shipping using either UPS or FedEx. Delivery time depends on the distance the package is being shipped. Most boxes shipped within Texas are sent via overnight ground shipping. Our primary carrier is UPS, although we use other carriers depending on rates and availability.

What Are Your Shipping Rates? All orders over $145 ship free. Orders under $145 incur a $39.99 flat rate shipping fee.

When will my order ship? We ship Tuesday - Thursday. Orders received by Monday will ship the same week. Orders received after Monday will generally ship the following week. Orders headed out of Texas generally ship out Tuesday and arrive at your door on Friday. Orders within Texas ship on Thursday and arrive on Friday. We do not schedule Saturday deliveries because the carrier does not guarantee Saturday delivery and we do not want perishable goods sitting the weekend at the carrier facility. This schedule may be altered due to holidays or extreme weather conditions.

Will my order stay frozen in transit? Yes! We use copious amounts of dry ice to ensure that even in the heat of summer our frozen products arrive frozen at your doorstep.

What is your local delivery area? We offer door to door delivery in Bertram, Burnet, Marble Falls, Leander, Liberty Hill, Cedar Park, Sun City, Round Rock, Georgetown, and most of Austin. If your address is within the delivery area, a free delivery coupon will automatically be applied to all orders $125 or greater. For orders totaling less than $125, a $20 delivery fee will be added. At this time we are unable to deliver beyond our local delivery area.

When do you make local deliveries? We deliver on Saturdays after we pack up from the farmers markets, except for Sun City which we deliver to on Tuesday afternoons.

Can I pick up an order at one of your farmers markets? You can pick up your order at any of the local farmers markets we sell at on a weekly basis. There is no charge for pickup. Simply select the pickup option at checkout and check the farmers market at which you will pick up your order.
