Halibut are slightly sweet in flavor and have a firm, meaty texture. This hearty fish maintains it shape well and is suited to any number of cooking methods including baking, sautéing, deep frying, and grilling.
Our boneless, skinless Halibut fillet portions are available in approximately 1/2LB, 3/4LB, and 1LB portions. The 1/2LB portions will weigh between 0.45LB and 0.55LB, the 3/4LB portions will weigh between 0.7LB and 0.8LB, and the 1LB portions will weigh between 0.9LB and 1.1LB
