Our monthly Coho Salmon subscription box includes 5lb of approximately 8oz fillet portions. These are perfectly portioned to be individual serving size. Each 5lb box contains 10 individual portions. (Each portion will be between 0.45LB and 0.55LB.)
Our fish are harvested by small boat fishermen operating boats that range from about 30 - 50 feet in length. The boats are almost exclusively owner operated and usually crewed by 1-3 people. Some fish alone while others fish with a spouse, children, or a hired deckhand or two. The photographs below are some of the boats that catch our fish!
