These fish will average between 7lb and 8lb, cleaned with the head off. They are hook-and-line caught in Southeast Alaska where they are cleaned and put on ice within minutes of coming out of the icy Pacific Ocean!

The price is $16.99/lb. You’ll pay a $50 deposit when you order your fish and pay the balance when you pick it up at the farmers market. Let us know in the notes when you order which date & market you will pick up.
