Our quarterly King Salmon subscription comes in 2.5LB, 5LB, or 10LB boxes of fillet portions. Each fillet portion is approximately 8oz and will fall within a range of .45LB to .55LB.

These flash frozen and vacuum sealed fillets are perfectly portioned to be individual serving size.

Orders can be shipped to your door via FedEx Ground Shipping, or can be picked up at our retail shop or farmers market locations. Your recurring quarterly subscription renews every three months.

Each 2.5LB box contains 5 approximately 8oz fillet portions.

Each 5LB box contains 10 approximately 8oz fillet portions.

Each 10LB box contains 20 approximately 8oz fillet portions.

Our salmon are all wild-caught using hook-and-line fishing methods, primarily in the icy waters of Southeast Alaska. (We also get some King Salmon from a dayboat fisherman in Washington State.) If you want fresher wild-caught King Salmon, you’ll have to go catch it yourself!
