Get your own fresh, never frozen, wild, hook-and-line caught, H&G Coho Salmon flown in directly from remote Southeast Alaska! These salmon will be so fresh they’ll practically still be swimming!!!

The price is $16.50/lb. Each fish will weigh approximately 5lb to 7lb. A $50 deposit is required at the time you order your fish, with the final balance (based on your fish’s actual weight)  due at the time you pick up your fish.

Fish will be available for pickup at the following Farmers Markets on Saturday, August 1st: Wolf Ranch in Georgetown, Barton Creek in Austin, or Pearl in San Antonio.
