Get your fresh off the boat, never frozen, (were swimming in the Icy waters of Alaska this week) Halibut fillet portions. Harvested by Fishing Vessel Lady Helen out of Sitka and flown to Austin on April, 30th, these fresh fillets will only be available for a couple days until sold out!

Portions available for online purchase come in two sizes.

Option 1) 0.65LB portions will be between 06.LB and 0.69LB with an average weight of 0.65LB

Option 2) 0.75LB portions will be between 0.7LB and 0.8LB with an average weight of 0.75LB.

Halibut are slightly sweet in flavor and have a firm, meaty texture. This hearty fish maintains its shape well and is suited to any number of cooking methods including baking, sautéing, deep frying, and grilling.
