Smokey, tender and moist, these chunks of Sockeye Salmon are hot smoked over alder wood and then hermetically sealed in tins where they rest in their own fish oil. We love to mix them with cream cheese and capers to make a spread or dip. These tins are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration until after they have been opened.
