Our Smoked Coho Salmon is made the old fashioned Alaska way; slow smoked over alder wood after a salt and sugar dry brine. The resulting smoky, savory flavor is unbeatable. Our smoked fish can be thawed and enjoyed straight out of the package. One of our absolute favorite ways to enjoy smoked salmon is to turn it into a spread by mixing it with cream cheese and capers!

Smoked salmon is currently only available by pre-order with a minimum order of 5LB*. Fulfillment may be 2-3 weeks out from order date depending on the volume of orders.

*Order weight is based on the starting weight prior to smoking. The finished weight will be less due to water weight being lost in the smoking process.
