Our wild-caught Patagonia King Salmon are harvested in the pristine waters of Chile’s Patagonia region. While King Salmon are not native to the region, they were introduced in the 1970s and 80s and have since established self-sustaining populations where they live the majority of their life cycle at sea and return to local rivers to spawn. Their numbers have grown large enough to support a fledgling commercial fishery which runs October through February.

Fillet portions are approximately 1LB and will range between 0.9LB and 1LB. As supplies are extremely limited, these are only available for pickup at our farmers markets or local Austin area delivery.
