Because they include a portion of their spine and belly, they are even richer and more flavorful than fillet portions. Their melt-in-your-mouth goodness will leave you satisfied…and craving more. We currently have portions that are approximately 0.75lb and orders will be fulfilled with portions ranging from 0.7lb to 0.8lb.
