Fresh off the boat, never before frozen, whole (headed and gutted Copper River Sockeye Salmon! These fisherman direct salmon are air freighted straight out of Cordova where they are harvested. We offer them on a first come first served basis until sold out. This is not a shippable item. Fresh whole fish are only available locally in the Austin, TX area.

Note: this is a preorder deposit, not the full cost of the fish. This $50 pre-order secures your fish which are $29/lb. You’ll pay the balance owed at the time of pickup. The remaining balance will depend on the actual weight of the fish you take home. The average weight of each fish will be between 3lb and 5lb so expected total cost per fish should be between $87 and $145.

• Saturday, June 7th between 9AM & 1PM at Wolf Ranch Farmers Market, Barton Creek Farmers Market, or Pearl Farmers Market.
