Fresh off the boat, never before frozen, whole (headed and gutted) Copper River Sockeye Salmon! These fisherman direct salmon are air freighted straight out of Cordova where they are harvested. We offer them on a first come first served basis until sold out. This is not a shippable item. Fresh whole fish are only available locally in the Austin, TX area for pickup at our farmers markets and our retail shop in Marble Falls.

Note: this is a preorder deposit, not the full cost of the fish. This $50 pre-order secures your fish which are $29/lb. You’ll pay the balance owed at the time of pickup. The remaining balance will depend on the actual weight of the fish you take home. The average weight of each fish will be between 4lb and 6lb so expected total cost per fish should be between $116 and $174.
